Waterfront home located on the North Shore of beautiful Lake Travis. Walk down to our private boat dock with a picnic table and swim at your leisure. Very private, close to Texas wineries, Fredericksburg, and Austin. Two golf courses within five miles. Update The house is private, and the host no longer lives onsite. The space has been completely remodeled and renovated, inside and out, with a new deck to enjoy the views! You won't want to miss this. Great news for those who love the water! Lake Travis has risen more than 20 feet, and our dock is now floating and accessible right from the property. Feel free to bring your jet skis or family boat—you can tie up at the dock and enjoy lake adventures just steps from the house. It's a perfect setup for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. Step out your back door and onto your own private dock—the ultimate lakefront escape! Sunbathe and play on Lake Travis. The upstairs deck features outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining table, speakers, and a propane BBQ to enjoy the sun and breathtaking views of the lake in our private, calm cove. Absorb all the panoramic views from the fire pit. The view is one of the best on the lake. You will enjoy our large family room with vaulted ceilings and a built-in kitchenette. Relax in our large, redecorated bedrooms. Fun for Everyone!
