🔴Please read all house rules before booking specially regarding noise level and city fines .Please respect my neighbors during the day and the noise levels🔴 This is a beautiful lakefront home with one of the largest modern salted pool in the lake with the well guarded and gated community. Come golf and dine at Terra Lago golf club just adjacent to the complex and later enjoy World class entertainment at Fantasy Springs Casino ,Agua Caliente casino and Spotlight 29 Casino.Terra Lago is the ideal location to be for many events that are hosted in the Palm Springs area.The community is conveniently close to the casino,night live,HITS Horse show , Polo horse activities ,dog show ,Coachella fest ,stagecoach , one of the top rated golf courses in the Coachella Valley and minutes away from the tennis Garden in La Quinta This house offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath that sleeps total 13 guests . ▪️Sleeping Arrangement: .Bedroom #1 has 2 twin size bunk beds sleeps 1 guest on each level queen bed sleeps 2 guests .Bedroom #2 queen size bed sleeps 2 guests Bedroom # 3 king size bed sleeps 2 guests and full day bed sleeps 2 sofa that converts in to full size bed sleeps 2 Living room : sofa can sleeps 2
