We are a 5 minute walk from the public access for Dresser Lake, and in the summer, you can access neighborhood beaches, pools and parks! Just a short drive away from Mt. To check in, you must get a gate pass at the Welcome Center. This is to ensure the safety of you and those living in the community. We are required to submit an application on your behalf at least 72hrs prior to your date of check in. If this information is not received in time, the reservation could be canceled or you might be asked to pay an extra expedited processing fee to the HOA. We would like to avoid this at any cost, so please send us the appropriate information in a timely manner. The information we need will be sent in the welcome message after your reservation is confirmed. The house overlooks Dresser Lake, which isn’t designated for swimming. However, as a guest, you’ll have access to the community swimming beach at the nearby Carobeth Lake.
