Welcome to our Lani Kai Village condo, located in the heart of Gulf Shores. You will find everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The condo is walking distance to the Hangout, the National Shrimp Festival, and other restaurants and shops. This second floor condo (across the street from the beach / partial Gulf view) is a 2BR/2BA that sleeps a maximum of 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.  It’s just a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access and the white sand of the Gulf. Sit back and enjoy the gulf view from the living room balcony. The complex also has 2 pools, one for families and one for adults only. Park under the condo in the two designated covered parking and walk up two flights to condo.   The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils to cook or bake. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. To help you stay connected, the condo provides free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom comes furnished with a California king-size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom comes with a double-bed. The second bath is a tub/shower combination and located in the hall.  Both Bedrooms and living room come with flat-screen television. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, 3 DVD players, washer and dryer, balcony, and high-end cotton linens.  Complex Amenities: Two outdoor pools, grilling area, deeded beach access. Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit.  Please note: Lani Kai Village does not have an elevator. The unit is located on the second floor, so you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to access unit.
