Welcome to our newer and absolutely beautiful East side Colorado Springs home. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in 3340 sf of living space on a 8,000 sf lot. During your stay, we hope you enjoy the sense of peace, warmth with family/others, and its simplicity. We believe that there is absolutely nothing better than staying in a place that feels like home, not a hotel. We live here and want to share the happiness we feel here. Smart home with keyless entry and outdoor security cameras: 3 in the front including the doorbell Ring cam. We wanted our place to be enjoyable to stay at indoors and out. We know it's pricey to travel, so we prioritized having a variety of amenities here so you don't have to constantly go out. Large backyard and side yard with mountain views; artificial grass for year-round enjoyment; porch swing; pergola with LED lights; patio table w/6-chairs; natural gas grill with side burner; 2 propane space heaters; a new hot tub with built-in LED lights covered by another pergola with programmable LED lights; and a propane firepit with 4 chairs shaded by a 10-ft LED umbrella. Towels for hot tub and plenty of games in outdoor container. Oversized 2-car garage and 3-lane, 42 ft driveway. The main floor has open floor plan with tons of natural light and a half-bath. Also on the main floor is a kitchen island with barstools, an 8-person dining room table, and a living room with an 85 inch smart TV, couch, loveseat and super-comfy reclining chair. Need a private office space? We have a full office/library room with a door and lots of windows to work or use as a quiet place to relax and read. Hook your laptop to a dual 43" and 27" hi-res monitors mounted on a large 6.5' x 2.5' desk that can easily convert between standing or sitting. Whole-house water softener, with second filtration for drinking water at the kitchen sink.
