A 250 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be released if there are no damages after check out. Pets allowed with prior approval of owner for an additional 150 dollar charge. No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
