FAMILY-FRIENDLY! 3BR/2BR Leatherbark Condo sleeps eight. Electric fireplace, washer/dryer, fully renovated by Lee Properties in 2021. Short walk to village and slopes. Sleeps a total of eight (8) people. Reliable Wi-Fi and parking! Cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Leatherbark complex. This unit will sleep 8 comfortably. You will love warming up by the electric fireplace and preparing your own meals in the beautiful, recently remodeled and well-appointed kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. If you are planning to cook, this kitchen has everything you need! The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features two twin sized bunks (sleeps 4). This bedroom also has a flat-screen Roku TV. The 3rd bedroom has 1 full-sized bed and is located next to the living area. This condo features dedicated Internet, CityNetTV, flat-screen TVs, baseboard heat, and a stacked efficiency-sized washer and dryer. The Leatherbark complex is an easy 5-minute walk to the Village and the Ballhooter lift.
