With just a walk to the Golf Course, Clubhouse, Pool and Restaurant, it's hard to find a more beautiful and convenient getaway than this. Depending on the time of year, we offer short and long term rentals! Just minutes from Downtown Naples, Beaches, and Marco Island, the convenience continues. This is a sweet spot location that can appeal to golfers, beach-goers, shoppers, diners, and for those who just want to get away. With vaulted ceilings, over 1300 SQ ft, and a spacious layout, this unit can accommodate you for all your needs. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King sized-bed with a TV and direct access to the lanai. The guest bedroom has two comfy twin sized-beds and its own TV. Each bedroom is accompanied by its own FULL bathroom. The main living room is spacious, comfortable, and is accompanied by a dining table. Your Large Lanai overlooks the water and exudes peace and tranquility with the water fountain running at all times. IF YOU NEED BABY EQUIPMENT, please message me directly and I can connect you with a service to rent cribs, car seats, strollers, high chairs, and more! IF BEACHES ARE YOUR INTEREST, world class beaches are at both Marco Island and Naples. About 7 miles in both directions. About a 10-15 minute drive. ONSITE GOLF: IF GOLF IS YOUR INTEREST, the condo is short walk across the parking lot to the Lely Flamingo/Mustang clubhouse. They are public courses. No car is needed when playing a round of golf or using the practice facility. The condo is very close to the driving range, chipping area with sand trap and putting greens. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. Two pools and a clubhouse are a 2 minute walk from the unit, and two prestigious golf courses are just a minute further. It's a vacation and family environment that is welcoming, protected, and conveniently located to downtown Naples, Marco Island, and beaches.
