If you're looking for a little peace, quiet, and refreshing breezes, you will love this two-level beach home! The first level has an open concept living space with a wall of west-facing windows and a full-length covered deck. The living area boasts endless comfort with a sofa, three armchairs, a large flatscreen TV, and endless books and board games for fun evenings at home. The chef of the group will love to prepare fun and delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The coffee maker will be everyone's best friend in the mornings and the breakfast bar adds three dining spaces if the six-person dining table comes up short. The first floor also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, one bedroom, one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and access to the enclosed yard. The yard is a great place to hang out and enjoy a sunny evening. There you'll have four patio chairs and a private gas grill if you feel inspired enough to surprise your friends with a barbecue. Back inside, climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home where you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a convenient balcony with two comfortable chairs.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
