Parking next to unit is fine however getting blocked in could happen. Highly recommend units with more than 2-3 vehicles to park in drive way. Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies... all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! The apartment is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and a capsule coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, plus bathroom essentials for convenient, light travel. Cozy multi-family house with a shared space that includes two additional units, so guests may occasionally hear sounds from neighbors. The property features 1 king bedroom with a TV, thermostat in unit 3 set at 73°, big closet, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom has a standing shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and 2 sets of towels per bed. Outside, there is a large side yard with a shared garden that is not fenced. Limit 2 dogs for a small fee of USD 25 cash; no cats or other animals allowed. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.
