Attractions such as Camelback, Great wolf lodge, Kalahari Water Park are all under 30 minutes away. ↟ BEDROOMS ↟-Little Cub Villa comfortably accommodates 7 guests but can accommodate 8. In this 3 bedroom beautifully decorated home, two of the bedrooms feature’s a comfortable queen- sized bed that has a modern elegant flair. The thirds bedroom offers two twin beds, often used for our little travelers with a playpen and highchair available. We have air-conditioners in all 3 bedroom and 1 in the game-room. Our 7th guest has an option of using the twin size futon in the living room and the 8th guest can use our full-size Air mattress or camp cot. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟-Freshen up in one of the 2 full bathrooms. Both bathrooms offers a shower/tub combo and easily conforms for a family’s everyday use with ample space. All bathrooms offer plenty of linens and are stocked with your sample size bath time essentials for your first night stay. ↟ KITCHEN & DINING ROOM ↟-Enjoy cooking in a kitchen that offers all the quality utensils and cookware needed to feel right at home. Think: all the pots & pans, serving trays, Air fryer and bakeware you need to whip up a meal to remember. The dining Room seats (6) guests and there’s plenty of space outside on the picnic table for big group meals and game nights. ↟ GAME ROOM ↟- Enjoy our bonus game room! Located past the living room, our game room features one retro gaming console sand PACAMANIA( includes 14 Games) and a 5 ft pool table and board games. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟- The deck is the perfect venue for entertaining family and friends. The wrap around deck offers seating with tables and chairs and comes equipped with a BBQ grill. Besides having our deck amenities, our front yard also offers a picnic table for the family and fire pit with 6 Pollywood Adirondack chairs.

We are locally from the New York City and vacationed in the Poconos several times. We decided we were in the market for a much deserved vacation home in the Pocono Country Place Community, which had so much to offer! We had fallen in love the minute we walked into this beautiful Little Cub and knew we had to share it with the world, but only after we had time to enjoy it!

If you are interested in using the Club house, pools, restaurant, tennis courts etc., there are amenity badges for purchase at the Welcome Center at the time of Check-In. Amenity passes are priced as follows (ages 3 and above) and paid for on-site at the Welcome Center. Located at the Recreation Center: The community offers a variety of amenities including: -4 outdoor swimming pools (open Memorial day weekend to Labor day weekend). ​ - Pool Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM weather permitting.
