Not pet-friendly – no animals allowed in this unit; • A/C in every bedroom, kitchen, and living room; • Free street parking is available just 3 houses away on the adjacent street. • (!) Please note: Unauthorized use of assigned parking behind the house may result in towing at your expense. • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises; • Fast Wi-Fi, • shared living room, • full kitchen; • Walkable to restaurants, park, farmers market, downtown, and hospitals; Important to note: • This is a shared home, not a private suite or hotel; • You may share common spaces with other respectful short- or long-term guests; • If you need anything, just ask.
