Property information

Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, our three bedroom house sleeps 8+. The large eat in kitchen is equipped with cook/tableware and full size appliances and is great for enjoying family meals. Two bedrooms have queen size pillowtop beds and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. The family style living room is perfect for a relaxing day in, a movie night with the kids or entertaining guests and has a queen size pullout sleeper sofa. Beautiful back porch with patio set. One of the last remaining beach cottages in Old Orchard Beach! This two bedroom beachside cottage sleeps up to 6. Guest has access to entire cottage. Staff is available in the office every day from 9am to 5pm. Just under a mile from the famous OOB Pier and shops, trolley picks up every 1/2 hour, local sandwich shop, that makes the BEST Lobster Rolls in Old Orchard Beach, is directly across the street! Address to the property is: 173 East Grand Ave. Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. From I-95 take Exit 36 - Saco/Old Orchard Beach. Parking included with stay.
