With nearly 1,600 square feet and three bedrooms, you’ll be ready for any adventure in Southern California. Fantastic location is just steps to the pools, the ocean view deck and all the fun on the 101. The living room provides plush seating gathered around the home's entertainment center with AppleTV and has large glass sliders that open out to the spacious enclosed, private patio. The patio has a dining table and chairs for eating and enjoying the warm weather. The home's dining room features a table for 6 and attached kitchen with large island for family/friends to gather. There is a powder room and laundry closet also located on the 1st floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower (no tub). This bedroom also has a private balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy a good read. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds. Additional amenities include a portable crib, stroller and beach chairs, plus a 240V electric car charger in carport. The gated community provides tennis courts, two oceanfront pools (not heated), two year-round heated pools and spas and private beach access. There is (1) assigned carport spot for parking. This property does not have air conditioning, but the home has ceiling fans and floor fans for warmer days and nights. This home does have multiple levels with stairs. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. No smoking anywhere on premises. This unit is not air conditioned and has no barbecue.
