This incredibly unique and spacious property has a total of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with sleeping for up to 20, and a fabulous game room! Fantastic location puts you 20 miles from Yosemite's South Entrance and 13 miles from Bass Lake, along with a mere 6 miles to downtown Oakhurst, full of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. Golf fans will love the fact the cabin is only a half mile from River Creek Golf Course, and nature enthusiasts will appreciate being just a minute from Crooks Creek on the Fresno River where you can picnic with the family. The main house is on all central AC and heat, except one upstairs bedroom. That bedroom has its own separate portable heating and air unit. The detached studio has a separate mini split unit for heating and cooling. RV parking is available with water and power hookups (you will need to park on the basketball court).
