Enjoy access to a community swimming pool and multiple outdoor beachfront spots at home along with amenities that will make you feel right at home. There are three decks: the first one is accessible from the first-floor family room, the second deck is accessible from the second-floor living room, and the third deck is accessible from the third-floor primary bedroom. On the first floor of this quaint home, you will find a cozy family room with a flatscreen Smart TV with cable and streaming services with direct access to a beachfront deck, two comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans, a full bathroom with a standalone shower, and a stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Upstairs, on the second floor, is the main living area that opens up to another beachfront deck furnished with an outdoor dining area and a nice seating area overlooking the sand and sparkling waters. Inside, the living room boasts gorgeous coastal-themed decor with a set of comfortable sofas surrounding a Samsung Smart TV with cable. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials and major appliances needed. You can whip up from full-course meals to delicious snacks on the go. Let the dishwasher take care of cleaning everything up before heading out to the beach. This level hosts a bedroom with a ceiling fan and an en suite bath with a standalone shower. On the third and upper level of this coastal retreat, you will find two more bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and a third deck/balcony. The primary bedroom's bathroom has a separate tub and a standalone shower. Things to Know Please use liquid detergent only for the washer/dryer. There is a public ramp at the complex that leads to the beach. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. There are two active surveillance cameras on site.
