Beautiful and remodeled two bedroom, 1 bathroom home in the heart of Sarasota. You will love the convenience to Siesta Key, Downtown or any place in Sarasota you will want to go to. No car needed as it's very walkable to restaurants, shopping, gyms, supermarkets, etc. etc. -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. -Fee charged for pets

The beach is about a 15 min drive over the North Bridge. Downtown about the same distance. Neighborhood is very quiet despite being near it all!
