Property information

The Luana Garden Villas is a unique collection of 72 separate three-bedroom garden residences located amidst 10 acres of lush manicured grounds at the popular Honua Kai Resort on Kaanapali's North Beach. Each private residence is located in one of 3 garden enclaves featuring a private pool, waterfall features, hot tub, and shared fire pit area. Each Luana building contains four separate residences—two ground floor and two upper floor. Both the upper and ground floor villas feature three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms within a spacious 2047 sq ft living interior. An expansive 500+ sq ft outdoor balcony space with a private BBQ grill, under-counter fridge, and sink completes the impressive setting. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, modern finishes and premium appliances throughout, and the convenience of a private garage and ensuite full-size washer and vented dryer. Sleep 8 guests comfortably with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living area. Both primary bathrooms feature a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, while the guest bath offers a vanity with a tub shower combination. Although each Luana enclave has its own pool area, all Luana guests have full, easy access to all the resort amenities at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, including the four separate pools with waterslide, fitness center, spa, on-site markets, and restaurant.
