Situated in the Luau at Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort community, this luxe condo offers the ideal home base for exploring the area’s noteworthy sugar-white beaches. Equipped with a king-size bed and wraparound balcony with bay and Gulf views, this condo has everything you need to vacation in style. Enjoy access to amazing amenities, including a private beach entrance, marina, several pools, and award-winning golf courses. The welcoming living area features a queen sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. A well-equipped kitchen provides a full suite of appliances and all the cookware needed to make delicious meals. When you are ready to eat, gather at the six-person table. Or perch at the kitchen bar for two. A half bath provides added convenience.
Enjoy sunsets from the private wraparound balcony, which offers views of both the bay and the Gulf. Enjoy access to the luxe resort grounds -- complete with a marina, numerous community pools, fitness center, tennis courts, championship golf courses, and a handful of restaurants. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for one vehicle in the parking garage. When exploring outside the resort, you will find an array of dining and shopping options in the heart of Miramar Beach -- 2 miles away. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
