Just a short (2.5 block) walk to the beach in sunny Cocoa Beach, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home provides relaxation and year round sunshine. Whether you're chasing rocket launches, craving a family-friendly escape, or seeking a post-Disney or pre-cruise oasis, this is the place. Step inside our charming Florida-style retreat, designed for comfort and function. The main living area has an open living floor plan, making it easy to enjoy the company of your group. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds with memory foam mattresses and the 3rd room offers a twin daybed with twin trundle bed. All beds have a variety of soft and firm sleeping pillows. Beachside living awaits on the screened patio, complete with an outdoor dining table and lounge set. In the backyard, cook up your favorite meal on the charcoal BBQ grill while your family and friends play bean bag toss. soak up the sun in our loungers or play outdoor games. At night, gather around the custom, mermaid fire pit. The front yard and nearby beach provide front-row seats to rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center.
