We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation. • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests. • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Randlett Dr, La Mesa, CA 91942" for accurate distances. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products. • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. • 2 security cameras only. Active 24/7 to protect the home, the guests, and the hosts. The security cameras are installed outside the roof of the upper unit. Cover the driveway, grass area, and the pathway to the home Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
