The home is near indoor/outdoor water parks (Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback), skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos, and more. **Bedroom Configuration:** - Bedroom 1: Queen Bed - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: 2 Full Over Full Bunk Beds - Bedroom 4: Full Bed - Bedroom 5: Queen Bed & Twin Over Full Bunk Bed - Bedroom 6: Queen Bed All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Air conditioning is installed in every bedroom seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. **Community Amenities:** Guest passes are required for paddle boat rentals and pool access, available for a fee per person, per day. A newly adopted policy requires guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate to access the pools. Pool hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, the private lake beach, and boating are available May-August. **Outdoor Living:** Large patio/deck with a gas grill, dining table, gazebo, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with cooking basics, a drip coffee maker, dishware, a full knife set, wok, grill press, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances. **General:** Free WiFi, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens, towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. **Parking:** Unlimited driveway parking, but a free pass is required at the community entrance.
