Space: Your 1,000 square foot loft-style, 1-bedroom apartment is located in a mixed-use building comprised of 3-residential apartments on the 2nd floor of the building. Your apartment features an open concept, state-of-the-art mood lighting in the kitchen and bathroom (as shown in the photos), tall ceilings, gas fireplace, modern décor with stainless steel appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Also for your safety, the apartment is equipped with an ADT security system. FREE Off-Street Parking is provided directly behind the building. As shown, the apartment is equipped with 2-flat screen Smart TVs with basic cable and use of our free Netflix streaming service while you lodge with us.
