Welcome to paradise! This completely renovated costal 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is centrally located for all your needs! 5 minute drive to nokomis beach and 10 mins to Casey Key. A quick walk to the legacy trail and nearby Laurel Park, easy access to the highway and main roads, lots of restaurants, shopping plazas under a mile away. We know you’ll absolutely enjoy your stay with us!
We are available for all your needs via text or call. We live relatively close by and can stop by if there are issues.
Quiet neighborhood with a park nearby where you can play tennis, pickleball, playground for kids, basketball court, and a gym open to the public in community center.
