Very Spacious Oceanfront condo on second floor with very large master suite. Prime location on Ft Myers Beach with easy access to Naples or take a short drive or bike ride to Times Square on Ft Myers Beach. There is also plenty to do within walking distance with restaurants with live music, stores, movie theatre, etc. Unreal Western, Northern, Southern Views while relaxing on your lanai. This unit is one of the most desirable units and buildings on all of Fort Myers Beach. Gullwing Beach Resort has it all! Direct Beach Access, Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, Bike Rentals. The kitchen, main floor, and lanai are completely updated & remodeled. Parking is very easy, free, and there is a beach trolley close by that runs 12 hours per day up and down the island (schedule could be altered during rebuild). Please note: Gullwing Resort is undergoing hurricane rebuilding efforts through Summer/Fall 2024. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach equipment are all provided!
