Our home is ideally situated just 12 miles from Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, a half-hour drive from Lake Placid, steps from Lake Eaton, and 10 miles of hiking trails varying from relaxed beginner trails (including a trail that surrounds the lake) to harder climbs. Our home is within the Ausable Acres community and has boat access (kayaks and canoes) and fishing. Be sure to bring your gear for Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Tennis, Basketball, and Volleyball. The grounds have a pavilion with picnic tables and grills, a ball field, and a playground for kids. Trails can be used for hiking, mountain biking or cross-country skiing. There are plenty of activities minutes from our home - bring your gear for cross-country skiing, fishing, tennis, basketball, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, and more!
