We're not one of those big management companies that will nickel & dime you or take your deposit for no reason - we're a family that owns a few homes that we rent out on Booking. There is good and bad to renting directly from the owners: We'll give you a much more personal touch and we know the property better than some call center in India like the big companies use. However, we don't live in the area so we aren't going to be available to come by for small issues. If it's a real emergency or something very important, we have a local handyman that we can pay to come by, but please be reasonable in your expectations since he costs us a lot of money to send him out.
