Each unit features a terrace offering sea views, a satellite flat-screen TV, a dining area, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with hot tub, a hair dryer and free toiletries. A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine. There is a coffee shop, and a minimarket is also available. Located in Downtown Miami, our luxury condo is ideal for long and short term stays. Enjoy water views in your perfectly positioned home on the Bay, while you are across the street from Miami Heat Area (Kaseya Center) on Biscayne Blvd. Brickell is a 20min walk (5min drive) and Wynwood is 8min drive away. The Bay in front is of your new apartment is dotted with Mega yachts and 2 large parks great for a morning run and coffee. The area is rich with latin and Caribbean culture, bars, and upscale restaurants, including a 5 star one in your building. Perhaps the highlight of your new "home for a while" is its prime location and accessibility. Directly outside of the front entrance is the Miami Light Rail station. The free metro gives you free access to anywhere in Miami.
