This Tybee home has three levels. On the bottom level of the home is two bedrooms with a full bathroom in the hallway. The first ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed, and the second ground-floor bedroom has two full beds. The middle level of this home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining table and a large living room that is framed with floor-to-ceiling windows. Directly off of the dining table area is a covered screened-in porch and an uncovered porch for sunbathing. The entire top floor of Madelyn's townhome is the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, private balcony, and attached full bathroom. There is parking for three vehicles only at Madelyn's Tybee Townhome.
