We love to travel and I run my short term rentals as places I would like to stay at myself. When you book with Madrona Properties, you are supporting a family run, small business right here in North Charleston. I manage the madness, while my husband and our teen son handle maintenance, repairs, yards & the moving of heavy stuff.

Location! This recently renovated (2022) duplex unit is centrally located, just minutes from CHS airport, I-526 & I-26, North Charleston Coliseum & PAC, Topgolf, Tanger Outlets, and so much more. Historic Downtown Charleston is a short 20 minute drive away. The large, fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for your four-legged companions. Inside you'll find a clean, comfortable space to relax and unwind. The home is well stocked with plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. Kitchen amenities include Keurig, blender, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, cooking oil and spices, and more. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The spacious master bedroom has a half bath attached and a walk-in closet to make it easy to settle in for longer stays. The Lay-Z-Boy sofa has a pull out bed. Other amenities- Desk/workspace, reliable high speed internet, washer/dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, iron/board, luggage racks, laundry baskets, board games, USB charging ports, TV with Peacock streaming (or log into your own streaming service), pet food dishes, shampoo/conditioner and soaps, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, BBQ.. If you have any amenity requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Available upon request- dog crate, pack-n-play, high chair.

Desirable neighborhood, close to the airport, freeways, North Charleston Coliseum and PAC, outlets, and about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. The house does back up to a busy road, there is a potential for road noise.
