Looking for a magical vacation? This home has everything you could possibly dream of for your next getaway. Under new ownership, it is packed with sophisticated decor and paired with high-end technology. Surely, this is not your average beach cottage! You are greeted on the first level with a well-equipped game room with a large TV and pool table. A large home theater with a 120-inch screen and brand new seating is adjacent to the game room. With so many amenities, you may actually wish for a rainy day! Walk out to the first level deck and take the stairs leading to the private pool, hot tub, and tropical bar and you will find the perfect place for entertaining family and friends. The large pool also features an outdoor sound system so you can listen to all your favorite tunes poolside so don't forget to bring your iPod! A family BBQ by the pool will be a breeze on the gas grill. A sand volleyball court is also available for fun play and an outdoor shower/changing area is convenient for quick cleanup. The first of six bedrooms is located on the first floor with two sets of bunk beds and its own private bath. On the second floor, you will find four more main bedrooms, all with king-size beds, private full baths, and flatscreen HDTVs with Blu-ray players. Each of the second-level bedrooms has its own access to the second-level deck featuring breathtaking views of the ocean. Just imagine falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach right outside your door. Located on the top floor is a huge main suite with a king-size bed and its own oceanfront private deck access. Step outside to watch for shooting stars or listen to some relaxing music from the top deck area while you watch the waves roll into the shoreline. Enjoy your morning coffee, while the sun rises over the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean from the wall of windows in the spacious great room on the main level floor.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
