Property information

The property is rare. There are only a few hundred properties in all of Los Angeles with a direct private access to the beach. We consider this a privilege.

Neighbourhood information

Malibu is home to the stars. The Ocean is closer in Malibu than anywhere else in Los Angeles. Only in Malibu the Ocean touches the houses at high tide. Our neighborhood offers lots of choice for a great dinner, but having NOBU at a 150 yards away is a treat. Across the street from us you will find a restaurant and a bar, a few spas, a car rental and a surf school. Going north 200 yards you will see the Malibu pier. Breakfast at the end of the pier is fantastic. You have a coffee among the waves! If you like great shopping, Malibu offers a high end shopping center: Lumberyard at Cross Creek Road. About 1 kilometer north of the property. If you like wine, Malibu has its own wineries. The trip is simply magnificent : 340 Kanan Rd for Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate vineyards. ENJOY!
