The house has 4beds, 2baths, 2,500sqft, and is located in a wealthy neighborhood in San Diego, which is very peaceful and quiet. My son and I use 2 beds, and I rent the 3rd. The master bedroom is very large with its bath, and all 3 rooms are on the first floor, so the master bedroom has no other rooms attached. This house has a cabin feel with a fireplace and a breathtaking view of the golf course. It is guaranteed to wow! There is plenty of street parking. For check-in, simply knock on the door. I have a small dog who will let me know when you are around. Again, this listing is not for the entire house, but you'll get the best part of it and can use the living room, sunroom, and enjoy the beautiful view from the patio, swimming pool, and spa.
