Views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains from this condo! This condo’s proximity to the sand offers the best ocean views and a short walk to Kamaole III Beach. Maui Parkshore 407 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy the ocean views from your private lanai-- the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening mai tai. Step inside through the large lanai window to the open and spacious living room. There's a nice and large flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for the whole crew. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to make a dine in dinner that you can enjoy while watching the sunset on the lanai. You'll like to stay cool with the ceiling fans throughout the unit and the magical Maui breeze coming in through the expansive lanai window. This unit does not have AC. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a separate TV. You'll find a walk in bathroom that features a nice tile and glass surrounded walk-in shower and a bright vanity. The guest room includes two Twin size beds. Guest bathroom is very similar to the master bedroom and also has a glass and tile surrounded walk-in shower. The living room couch converts into a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests. Laundry machines in the unit for added convenience.
