Welcome to your mountain retreat at Casita Villareal! This dog-friendly cabin offers guests two levels full of comfort, plenty of space for the group to unwind. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs provide the beds for eight occupants. Relax in the living area by the gas fireplace on cold days and watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV available. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook meals for the whole crew! This cabin also features a large deck with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill, creating the perfect spot for cookouts. Casita Villareal is located in the East Village neighborhood of Shaver Lake and is walking distance to the shore of Dorabella Cove. All the shopping and eating establishments in town will be at your fingertips. Shaver Lake is popular for water sports activities including but not limited to water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. If you and your group are fans of skiing and snowboarding, you'll be thrilled to know China Peak Mountain Resort is 19 miles away and offers 1,679 feet of vertical skiing serviced by seven chairlifts. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home does not have AC.
