Generally, cooling is turned on sometime in March, heating is turned on sometime in November, but it is based on local temperatures. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.
