Spacious Comfy room in Cozy Classy Duplex near NYC is located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, a safe and quiet, multicultural community. Around the corner there is accessibility to the B6 and B82 buses with connection to the L train at Rockaway Parkway Station which travels into Manhattan (25 min. ride). We cater to couples, solo adventurers, corporate accounts, short term rentals. Bed linens, blankets, starter toiletries are provided. Microwave, full Refrigerator, iron/ironing board and hair dryers are all provided. A Safety deposit box is provided in our spacious Closet to secure valuables. The Host will be present in the Unit for the duration of your stay.
For tea/coffee lovers, there is a coffee station which includes tea, coffee, condiments, disposable eating and drinking utensils. Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's, Pharmacies, De Islands, Peppas, (Jamaican cuisine), Rotis-R- US (Trinidad restaurant), Food King (Chinese), Juice Bars, Pizzeria, Supermarket, McDonalds and Arch Diner are all within walking distance, Absolutely No illegal smoking, No Parties, No Pets are allowed in the Studio. Security cameras and exterior lights are situated around the parameters of the property for your security. The Host stays in the Unit with our guests for the duration of their stay with us.
Our hosting team enjoy conversing with all local and international guests, sharing attraction tips, recommending unique ethnic cuisine plus sharing our different cultures. When guests check-in they immediately feel the coziness, admire the elegance and comment on the cleanliness of the room.
Canarsie boasts of two parks, Canarsie and Shirley Chisholm Parks they are both naturalistic. The park's amenities include jogging, biking and running trails. The green foliage and scenery at Shirley Chisholm Park is certainly breathtaking with life quotes displayed along the trails, there are numerous picnic tables throughout the park. Canarsie Pier overlooks Jamaica Bay, around the parameters of the Pier, park benches are situated to view the beautiful Sunset. Kings Plaza, Georgetowne and Gateway Malls are nearby and you can travel there via car, B47 bus, Uber or Lyft. The B82 bus takes you directly to Coney Island Amusement Park and New York Aquarium. After visiting Gateway Mall you may want to visit the Aquaduct Flea Market 5 minutes away. The B41 bus or No. 2 train will take you directly to Brooklyn Museum, the first Saturday of every month is free to the public and they engage in numerous activities for the family . Further down from the Museum the B41 bus or No. 2 train can be taken to discover Park Slope, Atlantic Mall, Downtown Fulton Mall, Barclays Sporting Arena and The Apple Store all within close proximity.
