This is a one bedroom, full bathroom, upper level of a duplex. Hosts live in the lower unit and are readily available if questions or requests arise. Guests will use a separate entrance (door code) to access the upper-level unit. Guests will have the entire upper level to themselves, and can expect a clean, comfortable, and cozy environment. There are no indoor shared spaces. Outdoor spaces, such as the patio and the yard, are shared and maintained by hosts. The space comes fully furnished and includes all the necessary linens and towels. Guests will also have access to YouTubeTV cable which is operated via an AppleTV device. Special requests are welcomed! Thank you for reading, and we hope to have you as guests in the future!

As hosts, we live in the lower-level unit of this property so guests may see us outside from time to time maintaining the yard or enjoying the patio. While we are very friendly people whom enjoy getting to know our guests, we know privacy is important and we do our best to provide that experience. We take our job very seriously and seek to provide exceptional stays for our guests. We strive for perfection while knowing there is always room for improvement, and we encourage helpful suggestions and recommendations from all guests.
