House has a real cook's kitchen. The claw-foot soaker tub is so safe & relaxing to use. The entire bathroom is paneled in solid pine. There is a steel roof that extends over the back patio area. Lovey landscaping.
Tall trees distinguish the neighborhood. The view out the mid-century modern picture window frames a charming, curving lane. A central location puts you minutes away from LSU, Towne Centre, the State Capitol grounds & the Mississippi River. An hours drive has you in New Orleans or any of the other Louisiana festival venue.
