A cozy stylish guest house up to a maximum of 6 guests near Texas Tech University with all-brand new furniture. Milano Guesthouse features over 1400 sq. ft. of living space with high-speed Internet, including a family room, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queens) with classy area rugs and 2 full bathrooms equipped with only eco-friendly amenities. This 3-bedroom guest house has different pieces of art to fit everyone’s tastes.
The host loves music, reading and travelling.

The washer and dryer are ONLY available to long-term guests with stays of a week or longer.

Room rates are for up to 6 (six) guests. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately $50 USD per night and no extra beds will be provided.
