The kitchen has all the extras you need to prepare everything from a full-course dinner to a delightful lunch for two. Step out your bedroom door and rise above it all on the huge second-story sunshine deck, complete with rocking chairs. Things to Know: * The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a two-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the rental office. No Smoking. Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 152 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
