Accommodating up to 6 people, the property offers ample parking for multiple cars and boats, with a boat ramp less than half a mile away. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room where you can relax on the sofa while enjoying a new 75-inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, a microwave, a stove/oven, and a dishwasher. You'll have everything you need with cookware, dishes, a toaster, a crockpot, and a coffeemaker. The dining area accommodates up to 8 people, making it perfect for family meals. The home includes three bedrooms, each stocked with bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and all necessities, as well as beach towels for all guests. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an extra-top mattress and a 65-inch smart TV. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom. For your convenience, there is a laundry area with a new washer and dryer. Different-sized beach chairs, fishing rods, a freezer, and two bikes are provided in the garage for you to use. Step outside to enjoy the rear patio, lit up at night, ideal for evenings with a glass of wine. The backyard features a grilling area and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxation.
