Newly constructed & beautifully designed luxury apartment unit for discerning travelers. Highlights include: - 3 Bedrooms with brand new Avocado Green mattresses (rated #1 on Consumer Reports) - 2 Full Bathrooms w/ walk-in shower & jetted tub - Open Floor Plan Kitchen, Living & Dining Room - 6 beds in total: 1 King + 5 Queens inc. 1 pull out sofa - Fully equipped kitchen with island, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso & drip coffee makers, etc. - Dedicated patio
We are both hardworking professionals and parents of 3 school-aged kids. Lianne is a teaching Physician & Professor at a local university and Scot is an executive at technology startups.
We LOVE our neighborhood (the Richmond District)! It occupies a big swath of the Western half of San Francisco, between world class parks (the Presidio and Golden Gate Park) that are full of amazing hiking trails and attractions. Numerous beaches are within walking distance + in our humble opinion, we have the very best restaurants in the city. Location-wise, we're also right near the main North / South and East / West arteries in the city, which makes it easier to get around.
