Property information

Modern, hilltop cabin conveniently located between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear! A great location to explore all the San Bernardino mountains have to offer. 3.5 miles to Snow Valley Ski Resort, 7 miles to SkyPark at Santa's Village, 1.5 miles to downtown Running Springs and 12 miles to Boulder Bay in Big Bear. After a day of exploring enjoy preparing a gourmet meal in a fully stocked, updated kitchen or grill out on the deck while enjoying the view of the mountains and boulders. Afterwards enjoy an array of boardgames in front of the wood burning fireplace or gather around the smart tv for a theater experience with surround sound. Sleep soundly on our comfortable mattresses, then wake to fresh brewed coffee with either our drip coffee maker or Keurig, and freshly made waffles. This pet friendly cabin makes a great family vacation retreat. Some streaming TV services are included (such as Disney), while others may request guest sign in. Currently there is no central AC, but we do provide plug in fans. NOISE ORDINANCE: Enjoy the fresh mountain air and nature sounds. Please keep outside noise to a minimum and no noise after 9pm-8am, as this is a residential neighborhood. PARKING: Parking for 2 vehicles is on the lower left driveway in the gravel. Stairs on the opposite side of the green shed will lead up to the property. Only park on the upper left driveway if you can safely maneuver the steep and narrow driveway with AWD/4WD. Do not block the straight or left driveway that we share with our neighbors.
