Pet Policy: A 130 USD fee applies per pet, per stay (maximum two pets under 50 lbs). Approval is needed for exceptions. Only house-trained pets are allowed. Pets must be crated if left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please clean up after pets using provided waste bags. Additional charges apply for damages or excessive cleaning. Pets must remain on the property if unleashed and may not dig or damage landscaping. During summer, wash pets outside using designated towels—do not use the bathtub. “Pawlicy Approved.” Other House Rules: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms and do not flush feminine products to maintain plumbing. Violation Fees: Party Fee – 3000 USD, Smoking Fee – 1500 USD, Unauthorized Pet Fee – 500 USD, and Unauthorized Late Checkout – 50 USD per 30 minutes. Thank you!
