We love skiing at Holimont & Holiday Valley, and taking advantage of the awesome Mountain Biking that both Mountains now offer.

Property information

Expect the best Ellicottville has to offer! Best of both worlds, walkable to the mountain and walkable to the village. Situated right on Plum Creek, there is a calming to the water flow that will make your stay relaxing and serene.

Neighbourhood information

Walkable to the Holimont Ski Center, and one of the best private ski resort developments that add the quaintness to the private club feel, without the resort traffic or clientele. It's a very exclusive neighborhood that will be the best way to experience Ellicottville. Walkable to the Village only 1 mile down the road with sidewalk access.
