At an elevation of over 5,500 feet above sea level, Mountain Top Lodge offers guests an opportunity to experience mountain living at its best, with cool mountain breezes and mild summer temperatures. The open, level floor plan centers around a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs and a vaulted, tongue-and-groove ceiling. Ample cozy seating and an HDTV finish out the sitting area, leading to the kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating for eight (8) at the main table. There is additional seating for three (3) at the bar and an outdoor dining table. The two levels of spacious decks include plenty of seating and a captivating view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Recent renovations include adding a sleeping area, another full bathroom, and a game room with a pool table and arcade system. This home is not pet-friendly.
