The Dillon amphitheater and lake are less than an 8 minute drive. The Summit Stage bus stop is less than a block away and can take you to Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge and Copper. Our Retreat has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and fun, whether you're a family with children or all adults. The ease of Private parking in the two-car garage is provided for smaller vehicles. For entertainment we have a large size arcade game, board games and puzzles and a tv in each room. The bedroom tv's are Roku tv's so bring your log ins for streaming apps. The living room tv is an app supported tv as well. There is no cable. The Silverthorne Recreation Center is less than 5 minutes away for your enjoyment. There is a beautiful path that follows the Blue River; walking distance and perfect for the morning walks, stop and grab coffee at the Red Buffalo and then you can pick up the path right there after crossing the bridge. The kitchen is fully stocked; Gas stove top, air fryer, toaster, mixer, juicer, blender, pots, pans, etc. The coffee station options are keurig or drip. Coffee pods are complimentary for the Keurig. The Dining table sits 6 and the counter/bar sits 4. The bunk room on the entry level are 2 Full size beds with an on-suite bathroom with shower. Please don't hesitate to reach out for suggestions.

From the concerts at Dillon Ampitheater, to all the local festivities and attractions that the resorts and mountains have to offer. You could never be bored; there is always something to do. The neighborhood is the best in Silverthorne with so much within walking distance. You have the oldest restaurant/bar in Silverthorne in your backyard...The Mint. Summit stage picks up half a block from the front door. Angry James Brewery is also on the corner. The outlets, the Bluebird Market with food, game hall, brewery, etc. is also in your backyard, Easy access to i70.
