The first floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and a grand easterly exposure provided courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features a brick hearth fireplace (firewood provided) for cozying up to, along with a flat screen monitor with Roku and a comfortable sectional couch. This is augmented by a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a wraparound counter/breakfast bar, and a dining table with optional seating for up to eight persons. A short hallway leads to a bedroom with two full-sized beds, one full bath, and a mud/laundry room with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds, a master bedroom with 1-queen sized sleigh bed, and a nicely crafted ¾-bath. Just outside, east of the main floor, there are sliding doors that access a nice deck for sipping your favorite beverages and taking in the splendor of Mt. Baker, while just outside, west of the main floor, there’s a small porch with a pathway to a private HOT TUB! Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum.
