Entering through the side entrance into the mudroom, you’ll discover a stack washer and dryer and plenty of gear storage space. Proceeding a bit further, you’ll be very pleased with the well laid out full bath. Adjacent to that, there is one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a dresser, and a padded bench. Just beyond the bedroom is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar/prep station with two bar stools. Just beyond that is a dining area equipped with a table and seating for six, and an adjoining living area with comfy furnishings, a flat screen monitor, and a gas river rock fireplace to cozy up to. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a small loft with 1-twin sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a small closet and a chest of drawers, and a third bedroom with 1-twin-over-full- sized bunkbed (perfect for the kiddos!) and a chest-of-drawers. The two upper bedrooms are flanked by a ¾-bath. Just outside, you’ll discover a large wrapround platform deck (perfect for entertaining!) including a gas grill and an outdoor hot tub…all flanked by a partial privacy fence that provides an aura of seclusion.
